Coast Hills FCU installs Digital Signage from Captive Indoor Media in 7 branches
Louisville, KY (PRWEB) August 11, 2008 -- Captive Indoor Media announced today that Lompoc , CA based CoastHills FCU has completed installation of its digital merchandising software, called Codigo, in 7 branch locations. The system displays content on screens at the drive- thru, adjacent to teller stations and on portrait oriented screens in the lobby to show rate board information. The Captive installation replaces a legacy application from InLighten Inc.
"We had heard about Captive from other Credit Union marketers that had either switched from another system to Captive or installed the Codigo application after reviewing several options," said Scott Coe, SVP Marketing for CoastHills FCU. "They reported a very positive experience and I have to echo those comments. We have had a productive relationship with Captive since installing the first unit in October of last year. That experience prompted us to switch more of our branches to Captive and we anticipate installing their system in new branch builds over the coming years," added Coe. "I absolutely recommend Captive to other Credit Unions looking for a digital merchandising system. This product is flexible, progressive, and easy to use."
The CoastHills FCU installations are unique because they use several display technologies. The system sends content to multiple landscape oriented 42" LCD panels and integrates existing Remote Teller System screens from Diebold both in and outside of the branch. The Remote Teller System allows tellers to speak to a customer remotely via a 2-way camera system. When the teller is not interacting via camera with a customer, marketing content is displayed on the monitors via the Captive system.
"We enjoyed the challenge of the CoastHills FCU installation," said Brian Nutt, Founder and CEO of Captive Indoor Media. "It is great to see a customer make use of several different display technologies to capitalize on the unique, one to one marketing opportunity each area of the branch offers", added Nutt. "We couldn't be happier with the relationship we have with CoastHills FCU and look forward to working with them on more branches in the future."
